TWINKLE BABIES
AGES 2-3
A forty-five minute introductory dance class containing ballet, tap and creative movement. Young dancers will learn the basic steps while learning how to follow direction and imitate movement in a positive environment.
TWINKLE STARS
AGES 3-6
An hour long class containing ballet, tap and jazz/creative movement. The purpose of the class is to introduce young dancers to the three styles of dance and inspire movement and creativity within a positive environment.
BROADWAY STARS
AGES 3-6
Broadway Stars is an introduction to musical theatre for ages 3-6 years old. In the class, students will begin to learn the basics of musical theatre such as: Getting familiar with the stage, learning how to portray emotions with the face and body, beginning vocal technique and rhythmic exercises that lead to beginning dance technique.
SHOWSTARS
AGES 6-10
The ShowStars program fosters musicality, body awareness and movement potential in a format that encourages individual artistry. The classes explore the elements of dance to include Ballet, Tap and Jazz through creative exercises that are movement focused rather than story focused.
DANCE
AGES 10-18
Ballet is the foundation of many forms of dance. We offer Ballet, Tap and Jazz classes based upon age and ability. Our ballet instruction is Vaganova based curriculum. We encourage all dance students to take a ballet class.
THEATRE
AGES 6-18
We have both a Musical Theatre and Acting Program. In our musical theatre classes, students will learn singing, dancing and acting all in the Broadway style. Students will learn how to convey emotions through the words and movement of the music. In addition, they will learn the art of Pantomime, acting without using words, and Improvisation, acting without the use of a script.
VOICE
AGES 6-18
We offer private and group classes while focusing on the following fundamentals: Body as an Instrument, Practice, and Focus. Energizing the whole body can be advantageous in finding confidence in the support mechanism and in singing overall.
SUMMER WORKSHOPS
AGES 6-18
Our summer workshops are Jr. Broadway Musical Theatre productions where the students audition, rehearse and then perform the show. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9-5 with early drop-off and late pick-up available.
